CHICKEN SOUP
On the first day, delicious vegetable vermicelli chicken soup with lots of vitamins is very nutritious!
POTATO ROLLS RECIPE:
The appetizing harmony of potatoes and minced meat is perfect for those looking for an iftar meal for their guests! A wonderful roll potato recipe with illustrated steps and taste-guaranteed ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
1.5 cups of grated cheddar cheese
1 pinch of parsley
2 pieces egg
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
For the minced meat;
2 tablespoons of oil
350 -400 g minced meat
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 red peppers
1 tablespoon tomato paste (heaping)
1 glass of hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
Black pepper
For the topping;
Grated cheddar cheese
For decoration;
Optional parsley, red pepper
HOW TO
First, peel and wash our potatoes. Grate with most of the grater.
Next, juice the potatoes and put them in the bowl.
Add grated cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, eggs, salt and pepper and mix well.
Then pour the potato mortar onto the baking tray on which you laid baking paper.
Spread the potatoes into 1 cm thick rectangular shapes.
Place the tray on the lower shelves of the oven and bake in the oven at 180°C until they start to brown.
Meanwhile, prepare the mincemeat. Take olive oil and ground beef in the pan and fry them.
Then add the chopped onion, green and red peppers and continue frying.
Add the tomato paste. Then add hot water and mix.
Add salt, red pepper powder and black pepper and fry. Let the minced meat cook until the water is gone.
Take our potato from the oven and pour the minced meat on it and spread it evenly on all sides.
With the help of baking paper, wrap the potato in the form of a roll starting from the long side.
Finally, sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on the roll you prepared and leave it to cook in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
Take the rolled potatoes with minced meat that you took out of the oven on a serving plate.
